How long does the course take?

Work through it at your own pace. Most people complete all 5 lessons in one sitting and then return to the training plan daily over 6 weeks.
Do I need any equipment?

No gym required. All PFA exercises can be trained with bodyweight only. You will need a 20m space for beep test practice.
Is this course specific to the Australian Army?

Yes. All fitness targets, role categories, and training content are based on the official ADF PFA requirements.
What if I'm really unfit — is this course still for me?

Absolutely. The course includes a fitness assessment that tells you exactly where you start and assigns you the right training plan for your level. The Beginner plan is designed specifically for people who are well below PFA minimums and builds you up safely over 6 weeks.
