What is the ADF Job Opportunities Assessment (JOA)?

The JOA is basically an intelligence test which determines if you are mathematically, verbally and cognitively capable of performing well in a certain career. You have a maximum of 3 attempts on the JOA, with a 6 month to 1 year wait between each attempt. If you are going for a highly competitive career, you must perform well to unlock the desired career.
